The stability ball walkout with torso twist is a great way to work your core as well as your obliques.

Start with your knees on the ball and your hands on the floor. Walk out all the way until your shoelaces are on the ball.

Contract your adductors (inner thighs) squeezing your legs and feet together.

Rotate your torso turning your feet. The ball should roll on the ground laterally the direction you turn.

Perform as many twists as you would like then walk back to the original position and repeat.

This is an advanced core exercise which is great for swimmers and any athletes where actions in the transverse plane (rotational) are part of the movements.
