A follow up to the 8 minute deer video I posted last year. Hopefully, you all can see more details in the daylight. I apologize for the lost audio in the upload. Notice the slits cut into the ribs for handholds at the end of processing to carry the deer. This deer was processed by Leon, who takes his time in prepping and processing. Although this video is timed around 9 minutes it really took him about 15 minutes to process this deer. I had to drop down the video quality and edit in order to fit the limitations of the upload here. Remember to go to the South Carolina Dept. of Natural Resources website to get your hunting license in advance. License and tags are available online (actually this year I didn't get tags, but Leon has some onhand as the SC DNR allows him to take dozens of deer on his property based on acreage.
