YES on PROP 2 - A Plea From California's Kids

The kids of California get why Yes on PROP 2 is important.

So lets hope the voting adults do too!

Our youth learn right from wrong by watching the adults around them.
Stop animal cruelty and restore some humanity to how our fellow creatures are treated.
Do it for our kids, the animals, and because compassion of any kind breeds more compassion.

Its a very moderate initiative.
Prop 2 simply asks for veal calves, pigs and egg-laying hens on factory farms be able to live out their lives in a space big enough for them to scratch an itch and turn around.
Thats it.

I just can't believe these videos. I mean the cruelty that is endemic to these factory farm situations. I'm glad HSUS and Mercy for Animals is exposing these crimes. It makes me sick to think that Steve Mendell, the owner of Westland/Hallmark Slaughterhouse in Chino, lives in a multi-million dollar oceanfront house in Corona del Mar while his workers abuse helpless animals. Plus they put tainted food into the system. Just sickening. I'm glad they were convicted of cruelty. I'm voting Yes on 2!
