@MarseJDj Just sit with yourself. Do not move. Surrender to and accept all that is. No directed thought. No clinging to energy as it seeks to 'take you away' from your anchor just below your naval. You may feel tension/discomfort. Surrender may invariably mean the experience of suffering. Stay with it. It is only suffering. You will survive it.
Follow this practice with patience and your heart will inevitably open. You will just know when it has happened. You will then be a bodhisattva.(!)

@zerrah soooo are u saying not to trust what he says or that he's hurt a couple people like every human has? No offense but, are you a perfect angel? I bet you've done a lot of things you wouldn't want to talk about. What he teaches resonates with a lot of people and you shouldn't try and shun them away from it. If anything you are the darkness within the light trying to create chaos and negative emotions tsk tsk grow up. Everyone has their own problems.

I recently found out that Drunvalo is two-faced and lacks integrity. It made me sad! I read his books, followed his teachings for years and even met him at his workshops. The public image of being sweet and charismatic is just that...an image. In reality, he's betrayed a number of people and told elaborate lies to cover his own unethical actions. I've actually found this out through people who knew him intimately, and the details of their stories match up with what Drunvalo has stated himself.
