  • Great video. Very good vid quality and great info. Your keg/frig setup looks mint.....Someday I might go to keg also. I buy my stuff at austinhomebrew also. Great company. I will have to try the AHS strong ale...looks tasty.

  • oh i see... you keg your ale and undergo the conditioning process in the fridge?

  • I noticed you were using an ahs kit, and when looking at most of the kits from ahs, they require a "mini mash" and say it takes extra equipment. What are they talking about?
