  • I had surgery years ago became active again and its gone again so im like a china doll now to scared to get active again :-(

  • It's the coaches that don't condition their female players for jump impact tweets. My sisters basketball coach has never had an serious ligament tear on his team since like 96'. That's because during the preseason he drills them on about 25 or stabilizing drills that build up the ACL, MCL, LCL and PCL. Especially the medial and the lateral. He coaches soccer too. Same results.

  • I'm 14 year old and play basketball for school (8th grad) One day before spring break during practice basketball I got popped my knee and torn my acl it hurt so badly..And I have to get surgery..Good video! Very sad too.

  • Hi,:) good video. I ripped my knee apart last aug 4th. A friend lent me their ice machine to help with pain and swelling. I said no to pain killers. I have no idea what I would have done with out it! I never wanted to um wrap my knee from the ice machine. Now I'm dancing again. Watch my vid and see!!!:) thank you ice machine!!!!!!
