Design a wallpaper using gimp (HD)

Here's a new tutorial on how to make a wallpaper using lines to add to the image.

If you don't have a tablet and using the cursor or paths tool doesnt work for you, you can also use the ellipse tool and change the selection to a path then stroke the path then fade out the edges of each oval. If that makes sense.

just go to window>dockable dialogues>layers or to make a new layer go to layer>new layer
