  • HI Zak,

cool vids as always. Please tell me where you get your white tays, I love them!!!

    noeli

  • @SuperSupernoel As I explain in the video this is my friends setup that I'm using to demonstrate. He just gets them from a local gardening department type of store.

  • Thanks for the videos, great info! One thing though, the lights are not full spectrum, they are probably T5 bulbs in the 6000k range, 5500k-6500k for veg and 2500k-2700k for flowering, sprouts only veg so you only need the high spectrum lights. But for beginners a T12 2 light strip from home depot with two 40w 6000k will work real well.

  • @UrbanFarm210 The lights most certainly do emit UV light which is an important factor for growing sprouts or any plants.

  • Where do you get your bulk seeds, or places I should look for in my area (Houston, TX). I don't wanna get killed with high shipping nor do I wanna pay a high price for like 1lb.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity not to sound rude but all lights used to grow plants emit UV light.. These sprouts are only grown in a vegetative stage meaning they need mostly cool blue spectrum lighting.... 5500k-6500k... some like a "full spectrum" so they add a 2500k-2700k light in the mix, such at my light has 4-6000k and 2-2700ks. Just trying to make it more clear for someone trying to implement this set up.

  • i want that set up! when i get my first house i will have a whole room dedicated to sprouts(and seed supplies) please guide me in the right direction<3

  • Thank you so much for providing such a clear and informative trio of videos. Could you please recommend a website or store to buy a good quality ceramic knife? I could not find a source on your pages. My kind thanks for your time.

  • @magylyn sprouting .c om is where I get them in bulk.
