For those of you that have an airdyne know how great they are! You can get an amazing cardio workout using wind power. It can get a little boring though if you are doing the same thing. So over time I created a routine that gives it variety and a full body workout. I do this full routine with 1 minute inervals for each exercise with a 15 second break in between. Takes about an hour. For every exercise you do pedaling forward, do the same in reverse. And for ever isolated muscle group used, use the opposing muscle in the next exercise.
If you use pedals with straps you can also use variations in the way you pedal. You can do a minute of nothing but pulling upward on the straps when pedaling and this will blast your hamstrings.
