Im from Harlem and yes it's the late 80s because Harlem started getting cleaned up by 93. Now it's damn near disney land. But back then that's what it was filth, crack, hookers, dope fiends, winos, trash flying in the air, big rats, roaches, crack viles getting stuck in your shoe, the air smelling like piss, fucked up buildings. The Good Ol Days...I miss that shit!!!!!!!!!!!
