Nice sound! but quick question. how do you lower the action? or you need a shim?

Thanks! No shim - 1983 Peavey T-30 is a "sub-scale" guitar (23" neck instead of 25"). Can lower the action using allen (hex) wrenches in the bridge - too low = buzzing, too high = frustrated musician!:-)

I just bought one of these for my neice and was hoping she could HEAR as well as see one in action,but you are not hooked to an amp. I suppose we are too assume that the original recording was done with this guitar and you are"lip synchimg" with your guitar. still kinda disapointing. Good bit of music though.

Yup, all tracks are real T-30 - and, yup, it (the video) was finger-synched - you are right! All the different sounds (T-30 clean/humbucker, T-30 leads, T-30 'spacey sounds' (heavy reverb+delay) are from Line6 POD and/or IK Multimedia Amplitube and/or Pro Tools plug-ins.

Sadly, also, this video (and some of my others) no longer play in STEREO (I uploaded a year or two ago in a trickey way to "force" stereo playback (but fooling the YouTube transcoder) but alas something no longer works...).
