Music video by Donovan performing Universal Soldier (Live). This incredible performance was recorded in front of a packed house of adoring fans at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California 2007. Donovan performed all his legendary hits and cult classics. Master filmmaker David Lynch introduced the concert held to benefit the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education and World Peace; a program which funds in-school Transcendental Meditation programs for at-risk youth. Mike Love of the Beach Boys made a surprise appearance, and Donovan's daughter Astrella Celeste performed alongside her father. It was truly a magical night!

I'll never forget Donavan!! Loved him in the 60's and love him even more now. He has the sound quality, voice, and personality that cannot be forgotten. I love you Donavan.

Donovan never ceases to amaze me - his performance today is just as good as it was in the 60's. I have loved his music for many, many years and seen him in different venues over the years - mostly in California. I get so much enjoyment from Donovan's music - and immense talent.
Come back to California - come back to Monterey at the Golden State Theatre!
