It's not always 75% for the deadlifts to the knees, sometimes it's more and sometimes less.
I think that medium loads might work best here. You can probably use a slightly heavier load when doing a true halting deadlift. The difference being that you would deadlift the weight to the knees, pause it, and then complete the rep to lockout.

Last moderately difficult deadlift session for the next few weeks.
Not sure if I got to tell you, but the VA meet is all full, so it looks like I won't be doing it. :-(
