Selena: *a few tears roll down her cheeks* Nick...*looks down*
Nick: *pulls away quickly and looks at Selena* Oh...Lena...I'm-
Selena: *looks up at him slowly and turns around and walks out the door, crying more*
Nick: *walks out behind Selena and grabs her arm* Lena...
Selena: *pulls her arm away and turns around* How could you do this to me?!
Nick: I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking and I know I shouldn't have even came. Please...just give me one more chance.
Selena: *sighs, and just turns around and walks away*
Meanwhile...
Joe: *quickly stops Selena when he sees her* Selena! What happened? What are you doing here? I thought-
Selena: *still crying a little* It's nothing. It's not really important. I just wanted to see how things were going. *looks down, turns to leave*
Joe: Wait.
Selena: Yeah?
Joe: *sighs* Nevermind. But...you can stay if you want to. Miley won't notice anyway. She's been looking at her *says in a girl voice* totally cool car *says normally* this whole time and she's not going to be back for a while.
Selena: *laughs a little* Okay. I'm gonna go find something to drink. *walks away into the kitchen*
Meanwhile...
???: *quietly* Hey Lena.
Selena: *turns around, and sighs once she realizes who it is* Oh...it's you...
Nick: *sighs* Selena, look, I just came to say that I'm really sorry and I wanted to tell you that I'm leaving now. So...bye.
Selena: *rudely* Bye...*rolls eyes and turns around, but all she really wanted was to have everything back to normal*
The next day at Demi's house...
Joe: *walks into Demi's room, Demi's mom let him in* Hey Dem- Oh, Selena.
Selena: Hey. Demi just left with...
Joe: Yeah, Nick, I know.
Selena: *looks down and gets teary eyed again*
Joe: *sits down on the bed next to her* Sel...*puts his arm around her* Nick is only apologizing because he loves you and he never meant to hurt you. He'll never do something like this again. Well I really don't understand how when he has such an amazing girl.
Selena: *looks up at him, smiling* Thanks Joe.
Later, Demi gets home and Joe is gone.
Selena: Joe was here a while ago.
Demi: Why?
Selena: *shrugs* He never actually told me why he came...which I don't understand why he even came if he knew you were gone with Nick.
Demi: Selena, see? I told you!
Selena: Told me what?
Demi: Joe still loves you. He obviously just came here to see you. Did he touch you in any way?
Selena: What? Demi, this is stupid.
Demi: Just tell me. Did he or did he not?
Selena: *shrugs* He put his arm around me a couple times...and when he left he didn't stop hugging me until like...40 seconds was over.
Demi: Selena, how dumb are you?! Those are signs. He still loves you.
Selena: But I love Nick.
Demi: Then go tell Nick that!
Selena: But I can't...not after what he did...and especially not since I now know about this Joe still loving me thing.
Demi: Joe will back off and move on when he realizes he's not getting you back.
Selena: But won't he be upset?
Demi: He'll get over it. I know him, okay? *leaves the room*
Selena: *sighs, picks up her phone and dials Nick's number very slowly, doesn't know what to say, nervous* Uh...Hi Nick.
Nick: *feels awkward* Hi Selena...
Selena: Nick, sorry I didn't forgive you last night. I love you and I know I can trust you to not do something like that again.
Nick: It's okay...I wasn't really expecting you to forgive me anytime soon anyway. *awkward silence for a few seconds after* Do you want to go to a movie tonight?
Selena: Okay, what movie?
Nick: Maybe...Eagle Eye?
Selena: I've already watched movie about ten times. *laughs a little*
Nick: Well, so have I, but I wasn't exactly planning on WATCHING the movie.
Selena: I like the way you think. *laughs*

if you want i can add to that. nick gets in a coma and when he wakes up and doesn't remember selena until a week later when she kisses him. that's when he remembers everything that happened.
