I find this funny because i have a sense of humour but Its not really that true...The one time everyone makes fun of was back in 99 i think when the mayor called the army but that was because there had been over 100 cm that fell people and there was literally nowhere to put the snow, the streets are dense and emergency could not get through I was there! besides our own army can help out its own citizens if they need it! :P

, Like Rick Mercer, I'm a TO resident, and I laughed my head off at this spoof. How Lyndon McIntyre kept a straight face is beyond me. We needed a snow day,haven't had one since 1999 when ole Panicky Mel Lastman, the performing Mayor, called in the army.
