These type of services keep poppin up and are somewhat usable. But I would still advise to learn some wordpress, its by far the easiest way to get in the game quickly.

Also, make sure you don't host your domains on free hosters. They are terrible and you are asking for some headaches. Instead use HOSTGATOR, which is one of the most trusted and largest hosters out there.
