An arrangement of Joshua Redman's "Ghost" performed with a bunch of loops in Ableton Live controlled via a pedalboard and EWI controlling NI's Massive along with a few other sounds.

  • Sweet!! Did you make your Massive patches from scratch or a preset? I love the sounds.. I was playing with Massive a little with my EWI and it was pretty CPU intensive!!

  • I started with a preset, though I can't remember which one after all of the fiddling around. It's actually only one sound through the whole piece with expression pedals setting sine shaper stages and reverb/delay. Massive is pretty rough on computers, but so far it's my favorite softsynth for EWI work.
