  • Thanks for posting this up. Glad to see Chris out there with this beast. I saw it in a very early form, in his shop over a year ago. Chris always pushes the limits, and haters are going to hate him for it.

  • @tyndago Very true. I am looking forward to seeing how far he will push it at Sebring this weekend. They say he should be reaching 200mph

  • @ReaperXTC In the FWD Scion, Chris was saying he was hitting 180 mph in some spots. He has done 6 seconds, and 200 mph in his FWD drag car. The last time I saw him he said " I just want to go fast." I think that's cool, and that explains Chris right there.

  • @tyndago Couldn't agree more, I just hope they psot some video up of Sebring.

  • @187JCA You have to keep in mind that they are trying to go faster than anyone else has gone, including the Cyber Evo. If they were to run the same power as most of the other cars in TA then they would be "AS Fast" as those cars, not "Faster" than those cars. Just to go 1sec faster is a Lot. In order to do this, thinking outside the box is required. Take their FWD tC for example. Last RTA event it went 1:22sec. The 800-1000hp COBB GTR went 1:23. So, imagine how fast the AWD tC will be.

  • That car should be in pike peak.

  • @187JCA I think they're just taking what they have learned from the fwd and applied it in a similar fashion to the awd. I agree the cyber evo is very fast, but they started from a very capable awd platform and have developed it over many years. This is the first AWD Scion tC built. I believe it has only been in development for a year or little more. There will be bugs, growing pains, but those guys to what works for them. You have to respect that at least?

  • @jabbalenium It only ran two laps when they were doing their shakedown run. It had some issues and was pulle up to the trailer immediately afterwards.

  • Great video, thanks for posting!

  • sounds like a vaccum cleaner.
