@mrJBKfilms check my video, look at my 5 gallon. i had the tank and the sand and filter and bulb already... all i needed was a top to the tank, salt, live rock and heater... and total all in all i spent like 40 bucks on that stuff. the 2 clowns and crab cost as much as the tank setup! lol

@mrJBKfilms i just set up a 5 gallon nano reef, no anemones or coral yet tho. and i personally dont want coral. thats the major pain in your wallet. for a tank u can get anywhere, any pawn shop or what not could sell one cheap as hell. as for lighting. a bulb for reef capability is 15-20 bucks, so ill price it for u on a highball...
tank-$20
bulb-$20
sand-$10
live rock-$4.99-8.99 a pound (u need at least 1lb for every 5 gallons of saltwater...)
test kit-$30
Salt-$20
Filter-$25
total: $130-$150

Ya I dont think you should put an angel with coral, I did that when I was a begginer because the store didnt tell me angels dont go with coral it was a really bad I had to get rid of the fish. I no longer go to the fish store because they only wanted your money, when I went back they were trying to get some guy with a full tank to buy a damsel but lucky for him he knew not to buy them and the thing is he was looking for a new protien skimmer. I can recall the name of the store.
