im not hating on the video but if u wanna see some good defense look at a joshua clottey video, this guys defense is way too loose with pressure on the ropes punches would go through but as long as your in the middle of the ring this technique should work

you're videos all suck, at least for their intended purpose. You guys aren't explaining or teaching anything. For starters you should explain what a feint move is rather than talk about nothing while 2 monkeys dance around the ring.

Iv seen some people drop there hands when they're rolling or only keeping one up on side they're rolling from. Should you always try to keep both hands up or does this slow you down?
