PC World part 2

Follow up on PC World...
and so the saga continues.....

During all this the store refused to give us a contact number to check when it was readdy for collection and told us they would call us. Anyway our number is one of those that if your calling from a hidden number you can't get through, so no calls. So we popped in a couple of times to check on what they were doing, and got told that if we kept going down to the store they would condem the PC for a maximum of 6 weeks! Anyway eventualy it got sorted. I do not reccomend them, whatsoever.

Anyway once my PC was in the store they diagnosed a faulty graphics card and told me they were now waiting for someone from the PC performance insurance to fix it. They fixed the graphics card and all seemed well. We got the PC home and within 10 minutes of it running it crashed again, frozen screen then not booting back up. PC world had not diagnosed the problem, the hard drive was gone as well as the graphics card. So we then paid £80 to replace that.

I had pretty much the same issue last time I had to use PC world's repair service. I pay £6.99 a month to cover my PC incase it needs repairs, annual service & clean etc etc. Anyway when it broke down we took it to the shop we bought it from as we were told just to take it in over the phone. Anyway when we got the the store we were told we should have booked it, lack of communication & crossed wires with the phoneline of course.

Still as shit as this pc world service is it aint a touch near the complete wanky shit service that Time computers offer,i bought a 5 year gold service if anything goes wrong and if i didnt use the service then i would get the full £479 pounds that it cost me after 5 years,called them up and it turns out they went out of buisness 2 years prior and then started up again but my money was lost in that process through legal reasons ,now thats fucking disgusting.

i like the way all your pc veiwing is also behind you on the wall,is that just rigged simply to your pc yes,i might look into getting one,i know it aint HD but its still alright for dvd's,

dude your telling me you havent been sacked for slagging off your own company own branch and then broadcast it on the internet ? ?

but yeah pc world are shit i got a replacement for a fucked laptop i bought which i took there as it got fixed and a week after getting it back it was fucked again,i went to pc world in and told them i want a new computer or aint leaving,after an hour i got a voucher to spend on a new one in store.
