**October 2008 - UPDATE** Gypsy is back in Lake Tahoe at the Horizon Casino Resort in Dan Gore's Carnival Cabaret. We were the longest running show in the history of Lake Tahoe and now we are back to break our record! Come see us! This video is of the original production that inspired my show in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. This original show was born in Beverly Hills, California in the early 1990s. James Gypsy Haake, Emcee, starred in the original show La Cage Aux Folles immediately after the movie La Cage Aux Folles. The musical La Cage Aux Folles came a few years later. The night spot La Cage Aux Folles spun off sister shows in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, Florida as well, but today only the franchise La Cage in Las Vegas exists today. Soon, Dan Gore with ICONS, will open a location for La Cage performers in Palm Springs as well as Hollywood. Only amazing lookalikes and female impersonators are involved in Dan Gore's shows.
