obviously you can play and you know your scales but i definately wouldnt call that the blues

@bloozeman1000 Just cause it is not straight pentatonic and blues scale traditional does not make it non blues. Listen to some jazz player interpretations of the blues or guys like Satch or Vai and that was my take on this. I have more standard blues stuff as I see you already checked them out.
