Love ur feel, it looks like ur lazy being all like "yeah what evz". But the control n technique is like woooooow!!!
Such tech profundity n proficiency n prolific perpetual proliferation is preposterous n pedantic. . . . . . that was definitely my last toke.
Good shit thow. Seriously.

Respond to this video... so whos to say i wont become the next jazz drummer?

Respond to this video... All drummers start at the same place.. learning how to play. when people see someone playing an instrument they might say "wow he has talent". I see it differently anyone can be taught how to play any instrument, just like being taught algebra or anything else. The talent comes in with creativity with that instrument. so in reality all music is about improvisatory. so for me to learn how to play some jazz songs and the create my own style.

@iSMITH4life there are no easy jazz songs :P jazz drumming is much MUCH harder to play than metal. with metal, it's really just "hey look how fast i can play!". if you play a metal beat slowly, it's really easy. if you play a swinging jazz song or a samba style song fast or slow, it's still ridiculously hard. it takes years of practice to get really good
dam very nice, Ive never really listened to jazz before Ive always been a alternative/ heavy metal kinda guy but recently this one band called slipknot they have a song thats kinda got like a jazz feel to it and its got me wanting to play more jazz now. Is there any easy jazz songs you can recommend that I can learn on the drums? thanks

@iSMITH4life It's not quite as simple as 'learning some jazz songs' I might recommend checking out the book Jazz Standards for Drumset. It will give you a tutorial for some of the most popular jazz styles. If you can get through that book, then you will be able to play along to a plethora of jazz tunes.; When you learn a rock tune, things are a little more set in stone. When you learn a jazz tune...the artist will never play it the same way again. It is a lot more improvisatory in nature.
