  • Idc who you are you cant say Canadians have never contributed in war time, vimy ridge took us 3 days to conquer, it to the British and french more than 3 months and they failed... the reason the Americans think that Canadians do nothing is because of your media, we've done more than you, im sorry to disappoint you, and i know there's gonna be someone who comes on and says that we do shit all, but read the real history books...not the movies.

  • @theTF2sniper I woudn't sat we steal the credit, Americans just like to make movies about other Americans. Plus there are movies like Enemy at the Gates.

  • @TheRilley1313 Let's not forget Ypres! Held ground in face of gas attack!

  • @Quierotortilla No worries, you have a nice day too! :)

  • 6:19 = Brutal

  • @Sp3tsnazFTW cept the germans

  • Everyone contributed to the war. We all won.

  • @TheRilley1313 I'm an American and anyone who doesn't think the Canadians played a big role in WW2 is a complete idiot and not worth arguing with.

  • the French should have done what they always have done.......surrender

  • @asshimardoughnut LOL, thanks for your reply, I happen to live near Passchendaele, it means Pass Valley. (I'm not so sure about that Pass though it is plausible). And daele is also the main word where "dollar" comes from.

Though the real Thal (Valley) ancestor of the "dollar" was the Joachimsthal in Tirol.

Sorry, don't wanna confuse you, just a bit non violent history looks appropriate to me.

    Have a nice day.

  • Thank you for introducing me to this very interesting movie.

  • @Quierotortilla Dunno, seeing these first few minutes thus far, I see 4 dead Germans, 2 dead Canadians, and 2 wounded Canadians. Losses on both sides seem just about even, seeing as the two wounded are unfit to fight. Also, 3 of the Germans were simply killed by a single grenade. Seems reasonable enough. Granted, there will be bias as it IS a Canadian film, but we get more than enough of that with A) Saving Private Ryan (post Omaha), B) Michael Bay films, and C) COD games!
