One day I will. Currently, soap making is on hold while I'm in school....but I'm hoping to do one in the future!

Aelwyn, do you have any tips on cleaning a silver chalice, I used it in a small ritual that I did a few years back, left it on my alter outside and now it's got all this gooky stuff inside. It's such a beautiful chalice and I don't want to be disrespectful of how I clean it, i mean i don't want to throw it into the sink ad wash it with dish soap if that is just going to ruin any magikal energy...thanks Blessed be )O( Katie

Washing with dish soap is fine. You actually might want to put warm water in the chalice along with a denture tablet (yep, the ones used to put in a denture cup with false teeth). This gently loosens gook and grime. Let it soak overnight. Then wash the next day with soap and water and a plastic scrubby (don't use metal...too abrasive). Then, let drip dry. Hope that helps, and sorry for the late response!
