--What IP Address Do I Use?--

If you're playing and hosting on the same computer, use "127.0.0.1" or "localhost" without the quotes around it.

If you're wanting to invite your friend to your self-hosted server, give them your external IP address. You can find that at http://whatismyip.com. Make sure your ports are properly port forwarded, and I haven't quite found out a simple way of conveying how to do that in a video, so no tutorial for that yet.

--Something not recognized--

If you get "C:\Program Files? (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.iexe" is not recognized, then edit your .bat file and make sure there isn't a weird symbol in front of java.exe.

If anyone else is having their Command Prompt (that black window that opens), close right after they open it, put the word, "pause" on it's own line after the text you copied in and then copy and paste the resulting text in the black box displayed to me in a PM. I'll do this as long as I don't get hundreds of messages a day, which I don't, so good for you guys.

If you're unsure of whether or not you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system, just use the 32-bit text!

-main errors--
If you're getting errors about a "main" file, "Could not find the main class: org.bukkit.craftbukkit.Main.", then that means that the build of CraftBukkit you downloaded isn't going to work.

If you aren't getting that error, then you're fine unless you're getting some other error in which case, please ask!

-unable to access jarfile craftbukkit-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar-
Make sure that the file is named "craftbukkit-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT" with the file type, "jar". I say this because some people have their computers set up to view all file types, known or not.

If you're one of those people that do not have their computer set up to view all file types and extensions, then the file should be named "craftbukkit-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT" and only that. The file type should not appear for you.

It doesn't work for me...........i tried like: 10 Times and i cant get it to work everytime i open the RUN.bat file it says "System Can't Find the Path Specified" so i watched your video on how to fix that but it didnt work for me............. : ( i just want craftbukkit............
