I don't really know what the concrete plot of this video is... ahaha.

Basically, Cedric has died and Hermione is mourning over his death. Everything in colour is the past that she thinks about, except for the vision of him coming back to her. The song is from Cedric's POV, hoping to comfort her that he will always be there, watching over her, and her friends will help her pick her life back up again.

The kissing scene is from Robert's movie The Haunted Airman.

Ballet Shoes wasn't the best movie, but I really just enjoyed seeing Emma out of her Hermione character and working as someone different. :)
