actually it is a travel because he lifted his left foot before he dribbled the ball, in europe they call these much more often, thats 1 reason i like the nba better, they dont call the little detail stuff

His pivot foot is his right foot, he lifted his left before he bounced the ball, its travel. In the nba that will never be called though. By FIBA and the real rules its travel, by the Nba rules its entertainment.
