"Bullet Factory" features stark black-and-white footage of bullets being manufactured, with a twist in the final frames. Part homage to Russian constructivism, part "Koyaanisqatsi" in miniature, the film was shot in an actual bullet factory. Or so it seems.

  • Hmmm theres only one problem with the violence policy center and Brady campaign's arguments, and that is facts. Funny how the great state of Utah is awarded 0/100 points (lowest in the US) for their gun control laws( or lack there of) yet California is awarded 79/100(the highest). All the while Utah has a gun homicide rate of 0.93 per 100,000, California has a gun homicide rate of 4.82 per 100,000. Guns are not the problem, it is human behavior that must be punished and not inanimate objects.

  • It's a tool. Guns stopped 1 million violent crimes last year without a shot fired.

less than 1 percent of guns owned in America will be used in a grime. only 5 percent of those are obtained legally. They sleep well knowing their product saves countless innocent lives. Don't blame the tool. Blame the tool user. Less guns mean more crime. just ask Chicago and Washington DC. Where's all the bullets that say "Tin Can" "Paper Target" "Home Invader" how about "Rapist Mugger" Where's those bullets?

I agree with you up to a point, punishing the behavior rather that "inanimate objects" is a great idea. The problem with that however is that by the time you are punishing misuse of those objects, it is usually already too late for somebody or in some cases, many people.

  • I just wanna know what the fucking track was... that was some dirty shit.

  • @blastergas Ah, another common sense friend made thanks to YouTube comments. You ever think about how the word "weapon" carries with it the intention to do harm? You said earlier "It's a tool" and you couldn't be more right. A pipe wrench is a weapon if I intend to kill someone with it. But is anyone in congress proposing regulations on pipe wrenches? Nope. A firearm is a hunk of metal until someone decides to turn it into a weapon by using it to do harm. I own "self defense tools" not weapons.

  • @blastergas ARE YOU SERIOUS?! If those charges actually remain on her record, that judge should be forcefully removed from his over-privileged position of authority. Then I hope someone attacks him and he finds out what it feels like to make the choice to die or fight. Why does every judge seem to think that empathy gets in the way of judgement? Judge by the SPIRIT of the law once in a while instead of the LETTER of the law. Did lawmakers want 19 and 20 year olds to die when they made that law?

  • My best friend's girlfriend was attacked by a stalker last month. He tried to kill her, she shot him in the leg. The judge gave HER A month of probation and a month of community service. Community service can't start till she heals from her injuries. Why? It was a handgun and she was under 21. Thank you "common sense" gun laws for making the defenseless have to choose like that.

  • @gblpst81 If I remember correctly, the figure does not include crimes not reported. I got a few pro common sense commercials on my profile. You wanna grab some popcorn and come on over?

  • @Dallas8844 What does Brazil have to do with it? Let's say your stats are correct. If you do a little analysis on you stats, read between the lines, I think you might find holes in your logic. But who can argue with statistics? Like when guns were outlawed in Britain, armed robbery went up something like 60% in one year. Australia had similar results. And the "bullets" you were asking about...where's the one that says "Imbalanced humans have always killed" or "Cars kill more people than guns"?

  • So is this supposed to be a piece of anti-gun propaganda? Where's the anti-crime propaganda? Where's the video showing how ignorant, selfish parenting leads to child neglect, abuse, and then how those children grow up to be criminals? Where's the video showing how our prison system "manufactures" more proficient criminals by allowing inmates to "tutor" each other on the inside? Where's the video showing per capita murder statistics before firearms were invented? HUMANS ARE THE PROBLEM, NOT GUNS

  • @blastergas I'm on your side, but where did you get your "1 million crimes stopped" statistic? Was it a figure of speech? That's the problem, NO ONE could ever count how many crimes are stopped by firearms. It's like trying to count how many car accidents were prevented by stoplights. Crimes that never happen are never reported. So crimes prevented by guns are always an unattainable statistic. Guns (in the right hands) make the world run smoothly.

  • hate the stupid ass noise!
