Malcom McDowell was a good choice to play this guy...he plays a psycho really well.

This has something twisted, but I liked it.

However the best movie about the subject will always remain Citizen X.

The base for this true story is - there is a child killer, it is in Russia and the guy sort of looks like him... there the fact-base ends. Garbage movie, if you want any resemblance to the actual case.
