Would you be able to do a tutorial for the Novation Impulse, because im having trouble setting mine up. THe getting started guide which came with it is very brief.

@clearstorm52 I was wanting to know the same thing. Even in the Autopmap 4 Logic setup guide it doesn't tell you to go to environments so I'm guessing not but would be good if someone could confirm...

i don't think you need to do environments anymore. is this true?
in a setup video done by dubspot they said you do not need to use environment.

Love the sl mk2, also works really well with Reason 6! Totally banging product!

Guys, if u dnt or can't see d port, make sure you check that you have the latest version of Automap.

This really helped me, besides it being the only well explained video in Novation TV. I bought myself a Novation Impulse 49 & i want to know how i can assign note numbers on the drum pads.

@singh24670 to change the midi note transmitted by a drum pad press 'controls' then the drum pad you want to edit. Press the '+' once then use the data dial to set the note. Press 'shift' and 'save' simultaneously then push 'enter' twice.

Is this something you have to do in EVERY Logic song that's already been created? Or is there an easy way to apply this environment setup to any session?

@meedily Once set up, go to Logic's File > Save as Template and name it. It will now appear under 'My Templates' when you create a new project. For all others experiencing difficulties please contact Technical Support.

how do i get the Port 2 thing in mine? because i dont have it. i've done everythign exactly how u did but mine dont have Port 2 to connect to the newly made monitor

@Tr3fekta If you don't have port 2, please check you have connected the controller directly to a USB port without a hub, and update system preferences via the devices menu in Automap.
