shutdown sequence initiated......how these words vexed me.

"Shutting down" still aggrevates the crap out of me in MW 3 whenever I play it.

i miss this game so much. when i played it as a little kid i remembered i would get scared if other mechwarriors would start coming at me lol

The only way to play this game is with a full Thrustmaster setup with F-16 mock up flight stick and throttle, and rudder pedals. SO MUCH FUN!!! This was the only Mechwarrior game I've ever played, and as much as I liked it, I'm surprised I didn't play more of them.

God, I need to get back to playing this game. It's been ages since I've last done this!

(Probably will hook my computer to my 42" living room HDTV just for this. Sadly, I'll have to use a stretched 4:3 image to 16:9, don't ask why.)

I love the bright, almost cubic graphics. Love the simplicity.

Have you heard the computer voice for Mechwarrior 5? It sounds GAY as hell. I really wish that they would just reuse the MW2 or 3 voice at least.

I always hated the Image Enhancement when I played as a kid, but looking back I never realized how handy it would have been.
