I saw in the news that the poor guy (who's named Claude and six years old) was "playing" like that since the day his mother died. One says it might be a psychological disorder...

@gozimus there is a guy who built his house in an area where many bears pass by, and he actually interacts with wild bears without being attacked. So if more people learn how to communicate with animals, the less people would be afraid.
