Classic Irish Rock from 1982, played from a 7-inch Test-Pressing from the CARLTON record plant in Dublin.. MAMA'S BOYS were one of the things From Ireland in the 1980's that didn't suck.. They Swung, they could Play, and the tunes had depth.. This one sticks out as it's all-the-way-vinyl.. I'm uploading it as it is a matter of record (get it?) and of historical value for so many, many reasons.. This is NOT the version of the song appearing on recent CD comps, It's the real-deal IRL version.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mama's_Boys for more..
Drugssssssssssssssssssssssssssss....? But they were great one night in New York they kicked every band that played before and after them that night somewhere in upstate New York....And we didn't even know there music...where is that song they did about the pusher? It was the last track on The Album with the Old lady holding the violin and the guitar? Long Live Irish Rock...Does anyone out there know that song?
