Awesome tribute to an awesome Idol! I don't understand why his talent was not appreciated by the masses. He is an unbelievable talent. Love his voice, his style and his piano playing. I'm sure we will see lots of Matt in the future.

oh, i miss matty. sniff sniff.
i'm frustrated that idol didn't air matt's duet with scott in the finale. their performance was cut. the only reason why i tuned in at the finale show is to see more of matt. too bad i have to endure seeing nick mitchell, tatiana and bikini girl. matt and scott's duet is amazing and should be the best part of the finale.

I would have loved to see Matt & Scott rock out...with or without Billy Joel. AI made a bad decision cutting it out and robbed them of a golden opportunity to display their skills in front of 30 million viewers. Oh well, I guess Matt will bring it when he's selling out arenas.
