I have a big secret for you. No pain no gain. Dig deep in your pockets and pay road tolls. There is no way to enjoy Ugandan driving on these Kampala city roads for free. This is the only solution to Uganda road problems. We have too many tax driver's who make free money. Do they really think they can drive on this roads for free everyday. Even in developed countries, roads are not free. Any one who don't like to pay tolls can work back to his village. Point black.
