Good video. Natalie always has some great information to share. She's right about fast food when I removed all fast food from my diet in addition to exercise ect. I lost over 160 lbs. Fast food is massive concentrated calories that are generally junk calories. I switched to stopping into super markets for lunch and buying healthy foods instead of FAST FOODS and it was quick too and so much healthier. A job loss and a gym closure threw of my diet routine but these videos help keep me focused.

Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

I don't like that chipotle is on this list. Yes, chipotle is a lot of food, and of course the calorie number is gonna be high, but everyone, most fast food you should not touch, but with chipotle, you have to keep in mind all the good you are getting along with all the bad. Chipotle is the one 'fast food' restaurant that doesn't use processed foods and meats. It is all whole and nutritious. Chipotle is a great source of protein and carbs. Especially if you work out, do not be afraid of it.

This is why i dont eat at places like this and i make my own meals from fresh ingredients Fast food places add all this crap to "make it taste nicer"
Food doesn't need to taste super nice, in fact if you eat basic stuff your taste buds adjust and healthy foods taste great.



Well this video made me hungry. I'm thinking a Chicken & Steak burrito from Chipotle and I'm going to make a Jameson & Coke to wash it down.
I will be walking to Chipotle though, so that helps.

It's just food.... Once you conquer your food addictions, you discover there is so much joy in other activities as well as in healthy foods. Your taste buds actually awaken and everything starts to taste so good! I'm now 90% raw and it's awesome! My mind is so clear, I feel much more intelligent and sharp. My memory has improved!!!
