just stumbled on this. as a driver who cannot stand bikers who don't follow the same rules of the road we half to.... i half to say, i admire you manning up and admitting you kicked the car. and i also half to say the driver was a fuckin prick. if he yelled at you or verbally confronted you fine. he should not put his hands on anyone . dont worry bro..karama ,she is a bitch and he will get an ass whoopin back.

In Niagara Falls the police won't do anything if they think it's likely the person committing the crime is from out of town. In general, police in Canada won't bother pressing charges if they think the court wouldn't have the resources to process it.

It was tender for a while and made clicking sounds if I pressed on it but it's fine now.

I have to say I've never kicked/punched a car. I have politely tapped on a window, a couple of times I've sworn though out of sheer shock!
Thesedays I record my commutes and rides with a special camera so if anything dangerous does happen then the police will get the evidence.

I like the idea of recording trips on video. Sometimes it's hard to get plate numbers when crazy things happen.
