Aliens on the beach

Are these Aliens walking along a beach? If not then I ask the question 'WHY?' They were spotted on Samae Beach, Koh Larn (Patttaya Thailand). I had to take some video, others on the beach were as interested as I was, some took photo's too. If this is you and your not an alien, then sorry, but your very strange.
(I think they are really Chinese tourists, keeping out of the sun, if so then why go to a beach in Thailand?)
