i lold at all the people who misunderstood the video. if the bolt actions were buffed, people would be able to one shot like he did, in normal mode.

Keep in mind. He's using a bolt action at close range. You can one shot kill with alot of weapons at this range in hardcore. Once you start getting outside 200+ yrds or more, the more difficult it becomes to get one shot. You just about need headshots at that distance. This is an exaggeration.
