SBX-Radar or the Floating X-Band, Another part of the HAARP Weapon

Taped this with phone, so sorry for no zoom. But this is the SBX-Radar that is in Seattle for repairs, so I had to get some video and pictures of it. I will add more details and some editing when I get it uploaded.
This is just the first that I made with my phone, and couldn't really zoom in good. The police has the piers blocked and harass you if you stay to long or film like I was. Plus Coast Guard was on patrol in the harbor to keep boats back a great distance. I have taken some good pictures and am going to piece together another video and slide presentation. But that is going to take a little time for the quality video I want. But here is just the basics.
