their clocks were not corrected using software running Einsteins equations on time dilation and relativity. They would be 30m back in time today, then 60msec back in time tomorrow , etc until your GPS no longer worked, and each 30msec falling back in time it's equivalent to a GPS position error of about 10kilometers!
So, they may or may not have discovered a ghostly faster than C particle, but my GPS still works perfectly , when GPS fails then Einstein will be wrong

Einstein's equations are used with 100%, real world accuracy in nuclear physics, nuclear medical scanners, time dilation has been tested at CERN, and elsewhere, particles that were supposed to live X seconds, when accelerated end up living a 5X life 100% in accordance with Einstein.
All GPS satellites use Einstein's equations to correct the time error caused by time dilation, satellites orbiting earth go back in time by about 30msec per day, and it would accumulate if it

@voran1324 Man, first of all scientists are still strongly divided about the validity of the experiment because it's very easy to make a mistake due to the fact that it is extremely difficult to synchronize the 2 clocks, at start point and receiving point. Second, even if true, this nutrino is almost like a ghost. You think if I discover a ghost that moves faster than C will change physics? how? since it cannot interact with the physical world almost at all
-
@VERGIS92 E=MC2 assuming that C is the fastest speed a sub atomic particle can travel. It was proven that there is particles that move faster than speed of light, there for E=MC2 is accurate for some situations, but not the ultimate formula....
-
@voran1324 Don't worry It's history to me, still how does that disprove E=mc2 ?, photons still travel at speed C, look up how the formula was derived. Neither time dilation or energy-mass equivalence are affected just because nutrinos travel faster than C. Both E=mc2 and time dilation are real life events, they have been measured with indisputable accuracy.

@VERGIS92 check out the new findings of LHC 2011... sorry for breaking the news for you... :)
-
@voran1324 when was it proven? E=mc2 is based on the momentum and speed of photons, and it has been found 100% correct in a number of mass-energy corrections
-
@KRSchannel no, it's always true

@CiipherZer0 You seem nice :D wanna discuss some theorys?¨¨

E= MC2 is now wrong!
i see how you could see that... this movie is pretty surface, i think it was made to be kind of... "user-friendly"? theres much more in depth stuff out there for people with a real understanding of these kind of things, all sorts of different theories.. even the more popularized ones can't be completely proven, but at least testing some stuff shows results. anyways, im all for people getting happy& having dreams xD so, peace to you all.
