Down under we're a bit backward... that's a poterhouse... a tenderloin is an eye and the t-bone is the whole bloody thing.
Nothing wrong with salting pepering and searing the crap out of your steak...

That is a NY Strip here in the US. Do you call that a porterhouse in Australia? Ifso, do you offer an American style porterhouse with both strip and tenderloin served as one cut?

@HenryKrinkleBickle Yes, we call that a porterhouse and a porterhouse w/ tenderloin is called a T-bone steak.
