Safe unpastorized organic milk would be the optimum choice, goat better then cow... though the last time we should have tasted milk was some months after our birth.

Any health claims for milk (organic or not) are outweighed by the plethora of diseases it causes!! Omega3 can be found in plant sources too!!

EPA and DHA are not found in plants. Double blind clinical trials show that EPA can help alleviate depression. Milk isn't a good source, but neither is anything from the plant world.

But does horizon really NOT use horomones??? And if they don't is it really a good thing that they don't? I mean in the outlook of how cows are treated, in the long run?

Most dairies now are not using rBST because of consumer backlash and because cows were getting burned out too fast.
