They do since the 50's lol. Nobody builds a bathroom-less cabin nowadays. Some use small composting toilets, but always something. You ever had to use an outhouse for an extended period of time? You're safer just going outside. Those things get disgusting and quite frankly scary as hell because snakes and spiders like living in them.

@Fredrock1982 Cabins generally do not have a bathroom. Thats what an outhouse is for.

Why not put it on columbs (cement or wood) about 10 feet up (3+metres?) and then in the future be able to easily double the size of the house by simply adding a new floor and walls?
