Does the bb velocity increase?

7.2v's come with all AEG's. Usually, the battery that'll strip a motor and plastic gears is a 9.6v. Cybergun (the maker) recommends an upgrade to 8.4v. I got mine from Dick's too.

Do you know that the 7.2v battery that comes with the gun is meant for testing only? It is actually supposed to run off 8.4v.

Unfortunately they did not sell the 8.4 with it as a package kit. BAT841050SM is the battery most sell it with, but not Dick's Sporting Goods, they are 7.2.
