are you willing to share your recipe for the hot relish?

If that zucchini were any bigger, you could hollow it out and use it as a garage. :)

Such a beautiful garden- you did such great job! I can hardly wait until I can start my garden properly outside (come on sunshine!). Here in PDX, we have to start many seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before we can plant them outside -around April 26th (toms & bell peppers etc) . Nothing like growing your own-so much better than the store! This year will be my first year to grow Lemon cukes. I've never had one, nor are they in stores. Your lemon cukes look so yummy! I can hardly wait to grow them!

The lemon cukes should do well for you! Try to harvest them when they are still young/small, and not too bright yellow so they're sweet and mild. Otherwise the seeds are huge and the skin is really tough.

Sure, it's "The Best Relish I've Ever Had!" from Allrecipes. ;p I probably didn't follow it exactly, because I had tons of lemon cucumbers, but I was close - and I threw in a handful of super hot, long skinny peppers in the batch.
