Janis had a unique voice and style that wasn't accepted by the media and general public at the time, remember women followed very conservative standards of dress and conduct which made things difficult for her. I admire her perseverance and dedication to her music. She was truly an original and her legacy will remain for new generations to enjoy. Thank you Janis :)
