@madarehgallag Yes, they can go uphill! Depending on the model, some are excellent climbers. The Rans X-Stream in particular is an amazing climber, and a team of X-Stream riders did very well in last years Race Across America (RAAM), posting much better climbing times than many upright riding teams.

@fxbertrand Yep, they're Profile Design brakes. Originally designed for Triathlon bikes.

I'm pretty sure you're WAY off with the '70's bit. Seems like the T-Bones were invented somewhere around 2004?...anybody else?
